*New members receive member benefits immediately. Members can cancel membership at any time. Membership prices are locked in for 12 months after signing up or renewing. All memberships will auto-renew. All payments made are non-refundable.

*Both heating & air conditioning maintenance comes with one annul visit each per year. Heating visit is done between September-October & AC visit is done between April-June. Cost of annual service paid at time of visit is $259 (membership includes annual service). Each additional unit is $199 ($180 for members). Replacement parts if needed are sold separately at time of visit. 

*Neglected systems requiring additional time to service will incur an additional fee.

*New member customers will receive their one annual maintenance visit only after 12 consecutive monthly payments have been made. New member customers may receive their annual service before 12 payments have been made by paying the remaining membership balance at time of service.

*Heat exchangers needing cleaning will incur a fee at time of visit.

* Emergency services consists of burst pipe, sump pump failure, no heat below 40 degrees or no air conditioning above 90 degrees.
